Customizations standard products

The entire range, made of thermoplastic material, is designed to be extremely versatile. Every product in the catalog is available in various sizes and colors, making it easy to adapt standard items to specific aesthetic or dimensional preferences.

Co-design

We work closely with our clients to define the specifications of the mold and the final product. Using state-of-the-art CAD software, we simulate the entire molding process to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement, addressing them proactively during the design phase.

Development of new custom products

For more complex requirements, we work directly according to the customer’s specifications, offering a high degree of customization and flexibility to create unique products. The service also extends to the finishing stages, including the option to manage product assembly and the creation of packaging kits consisting of multiple items. This tailored approach also includes, for consistent and large-scale orders, the organization of ad hoc production cells structured exclusively to support the project.

Rapid 3D prototyping

It allows you to test ergonomics and functionality before industrial production. It optimizes development time and minimizes costs by testing innovations.

Pre-production samples

Produced using pilot or production molds, this process allows for the validation of the injection molding process by verifying dimensional tolerances, surface finishes, and the mechanical properties of the plastics. It is a critical step in eliminating defects before the final production run.

Co-injection

An advanced technology that enables two materials to be printed in a single cycle, creating high-performance components. With the Sandwich process, one polymer forms the outer surface (skin) whilst the second forms the inner core, optimising strength, cost-effectiveness and sustainability.

Metal replacement

It replaces metal components with advanced engineering polymers and technopolymers. This process drastically reduces weight and production costs while ensuring high mechanical and chemical resistance. Thanks to plastic molding, complex geometries can be achieved, eliminating post-production machining and improving overall energy efficiency.
